The 2019 Mitsubishi RVR: Economy, Style, and Comfort

The Mitsubishi RVR is getting attention in the auto industry because of its efficiency, generous standard equipment, and reliability. There are seven trims for 2019, including the ES FWD, SE FWD, SE AWC, SE Limited Edition AWC, SE Black Edition AWC, GT AWC, and GT AWC Premium.

The aerodynamic exterior of the RVR has flowing lines and accents built into the body to cut down on drag. Mitsubishi has no shortage of standard external features on each trim. The ES FWD has 16-inch covered wheels with all-season tires, dynamic front bumper styling, auto off/on headlamps, and heated mirrors.

The SE FWD and SE AWC add 16-inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps, LED daytime running lamps, rear privacy glass, and more. The SE LTD AWC upgrades to 18-inch alloy wheels, while the SE Black Edition AWD covers the entire vehicle in black. The GT AWC and AWC Premium add heated power mirrors, a panoramic sunroof, and more.

The Efficiency of the 2019 Mitsubishi RVR Is Like No Other

The ES FWD, SE FWD, and SE AWD are powered by an efficient 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that provides 148 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. A gearless continuously variable transmission (CVT) reduces fuel consumption and keeps the ride quiet and smooth. The SE LTD AWC, SE Black Edition AWC, GT AWC, and GT AWC Premium have a more powerful 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine that produces 168 horsepower and 167 lb-ft of torque. The upgraded Sportronic CVT with paddle shifters supports these more athletic models. All-Wheel Control (AWC) models have a drive mode selector.

The 2018 Mitsubishi RVR’s Interior Designed With You in Mind

The interior of the RVR is fully supplied with standard features. The ES FWD includes a 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, 60/40 split folding rear seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 7.0-inch smartphone link display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and heated front seats.

The SE FWD and SE AWD add chrome-plated interior door handles and six speakers with the audio system. The SE LTD AWD upgrades to sun visors with illuminated vanity mirrors. The GT AWC includes HomeLink, an auto-dimming rear view mirror, and assorted accent upgrades. The GT AWC Premium has leather seat appointments, premium accents, and power seats.
